About the Job:

This position reports to the President / CEO as well as the Executive Vice President of the organization.

Provide high-level administrative support by coordinating corporate initiatives, activities, and projects that lead to the health of the entire organization.  Handles information requests, and performs functions such as preparing correspondence and materials for organization functions and meetings specifically, but not limited to, board meetings. Enhances the President / CEO's effectiveness by providing information management support and representing the President / CEO to others when requested.



  • Plan and direct some administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization's President / CEO.
  • Conserve the President / CEO's time by reading, researching, drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Meet with Senior Executives to clarify specific requirements for projects.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of board presentations are accurate and compatible.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans based on input and direction from Senior Executives.
  • Establish timelines that meet project and board meeting deadlines.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Attend Company sponsored events that relate to the development of the team, which, from time to time, may include overnight stays at locations away from the employee's home.

  • 5 - 10 years in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows and Office software including but not limited to, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.



  • Operate computer and office equipment.
  • Work is primarily sedentary in nature.
